EASY RETURNS & REFUNDS

Online shopping is great cause you don’t have to leave the couch….but a bit tricky because you can’t actually look and touch what you are buying.  We get that sometimes you will want to send something back because it doesn’t suit as you hoped.

Retro Respection has got you covered with a 60 day easy return policy.  To request a refund or exchange, simply email us at admin@retrorespection.com.au within 60 days of your purchase date.

  • We do not cover postage costs for change of mind returns and we do recommend our customers use a postage service with tracking (so there is proof of postage).

  • You can choose between an exchange or a refund (of the purchase price) via your original payment method.

  • Exchanges are shipped and refunds are processed once the returned item makes it back to us in original condition.

  • If you choose an exchange that’s of lesser value we will refund the difference and if it’s more expensive you'll be able to easily pay the difference online.

PROBLEMS?

Of course, if an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or not as described, we give you a full refund of purchase price plus postage via your original payment method.  All you will need to do is:

  • Send a picture of the damage/problem to admin@retrorespection.com.au

  • Tell us how you’d like us to fix things (exchange, refund, whipping the staff member responsible), we’re flexible, we just want you to be happy!

  • When an item is incorrect or not as described we may ask you to send it back to us – we’ll provide a pre-paid postage label for you to use.  We’ll process the refund once the item gets back to us in original condition
