Retro Respection is an online specialist seller. What does this mean for you?  Sellers who know how to pack! 

We post all our items, across Australia and overseas – we are packing ninjas with mad skills in prepping delicate stuff for the rigours of the postal system.

• We use sturdy mailing boxes and aren’t stingy on the bubble wrap.  We’ll use recycled materials when we have them - we like trees. 

• All parcels are sent via Australia Post and have a tracking number so you can follow their progress to you.

Our confidence in our packaging is such that we offer a full refund of the purchase price plus postage cost for breakages in transit.  Please get in touch with us ASAP (admin@retrorespection.com.au) if you receive a damaged item.  We’ll ask you to send a picture (which helps us identify how to improve our packing) before processing the refund.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Once your purchase is paid for, we will have it packaged and posted within 2 business days.

The delivery time frame Australia Post has set out will be displayed after you enter your postal address. Please be aware that we are based in Country, Western Australia and delivery times reflect the delays that can occur from this.

Delivery time frames can be longer at Christmas time, and international buyers need to be aware that Customs processes will sometimes cause delays.
