Orange Flower Tote Bag - Hand Made from Vintage Fabrics

Bright and colourful tote bag.

In the course of running Retro Respection, we often come across beautiful vintage fabric items, in the form of linen and clothing, that are slightly spoiled with marks or wear.  

We call them 'vintage scraps' and Storm has made it her personal mission to salvage the best of them into new items - to preserve their beauty and to keep them out of landfill for a little bit longer.  

This tote bag is an example of her work.

• The outer is a part of an amazing vintage tablecloth with orange flowers on a blue background.  The inner is a woven orange check (also the salvageable part of an old tablecloth)
• Fully lined, neatly sewn and double-stitched where the handles attach to make it super sturdy.
• Can be machine washed/tumble dried and ironed.

An eco-friendly one off.

CONDITION

New, but made from vintage fabrics.

DIMENSIONS

• The tote is medium size, measuring 43 cm wide and 30 cm deep, with a gusset of 10 cm.  
• Handles have a drop of 24 cm (short enough to carry with your hand, and just long enough to pop over a shoulder)
