This torch requires 3 x AAA batteries to run (not included) and has 9 x 395-400nm (whatever that means) LED lights.
We use this exact torch in our shop all the time and it works a charm.
- Take a piece of glass that you suspect contains uranium
- Head into a dark place, or even hold it under your shirt
- Shine the torch on the glass
- If it has a glow then its uranium, if not then it's just a pretty piece of glass
