Vintage Buka style hand woven basket - formerly owned by an Adventist Missionary who travelled to the Solomon Islands/PNG in the 1950's.
Tightly woven - beautiful craftsmanship.
CONDITION
There is a patch of damage at one end on the inside of the basket where something has been spilled - I have not attempted to clean it for fear of causing damage. There are a few spots on the edges where small parts of the weaving have come undone. All as pictured.
