Complete - all 28 title cards, 6 tokens (metal), 12 hotels, 32 houses, 16 Chance Cards, 16 Community Cards, 2 wooden dice, game rules and board.  I did not count the notes but there is enough $$$ there to play.

Box is in good condition for age, some wear showing on the corners and edges.
