Vintage Oroton gold mesh handbag/purse. It has the distinctive 'O' branding on the clasp and a fabric label sewn inside.
CONDITION & DIMENSIONS
The mesh is unbroken but does have some tarnishing to one side near the bottom of the bag (pictured). There are two tarnish spots on one side of the frame and the snake chain handle is a little dull. The inside (with a peachy satin lining has one small mark (I suspect lipstick) near the top on one side.
This, and the tarnishing on the mesh are hard to spot unless you look closely.
The catch works well and snaps shut with a satisfying clunk.
It measures 14.5 x 20 cm. The handle has a drop of 29 cm.
